  • Deep Rising? OK, can I just make a suggestion. "I've got a bad feeling about this" is not necessarily a Star Wars reference, even in post-'77 movies. Enochf 08:51, 12 December 2006 (UTC)
  • Robes are not "Jedi Like" and just because someone has one on, doesnt mean they being star wars like. That and "Noooo!" is sort of a commen thing. BoyofSteel 23:58, 16 March 2008 (UTC)
  • Deleted the mention of E.T. species appearing in Episode I. If there's a list about references to OTHER movies in Star Wars, it can be included there, but it shouldn't be here. Darthmix 17:25, 24 April 2008 (UTC)

Ummm...wow Edit

Shouldn't there be a notice or something for flagrant cussing and sexual references?--B-Boba Fett! He'll kill us all! 00:32, 8 August 2009 (UTC)

LostEdit

Lost has several references used by Sawyer about Star Wars.--Station7 13:52, January 15, 2010 (UTC)

  • Yes, but LOST isn't a movie. This page is about movies. -- Interrupt feed 03:38, June 7, 2010 (UTC)

The ShadowEdit

Are we kidding here? "The Shadow uses the Jedi Mind Trick?" Sorry, no... The Shadow dates back to the Pulp Era of the 20s and 30s, and he was "clouding men's minds" long before George Lucas was even born. The Shadow wasn't influenced by Star Wars... on the contrary, it was Star Wars that took the "Jedi Mind Trick" from The Shadow.

Reading Too Much Star Wars Into ThingsEdit

This list is vastly incorrect if for no other reason than it assumes that anything similar to something from Star Wars must have been done because of Star Wars. This is the Post hoc fallacy (post hoc, ergo propter hoc, or "first this, therefore because of this"), and its called a fallacy for a reason.

suggestion in the form of a question.... Edit

would Fanboys(2009 Film) be acceptable for this list?

Godzilla? Edit

Why is Godzilla: Final Wars in between the I and the J in the list? It's G not I --Jedijake123 00:26, February 17, 2011 (UTC)
