[edit] Birth year
Does anyone happen to know Lowie's birth year? --Tinwe 14:21, 13 Nov 2005 (UTC)
Yes, he is is said to be 19 in Heirs of the Force, if that book was in 22 ABY, his birh year would be 3 ABY. —Unsigned comment by Bodo-Baas (talk • contribs).
Wouldn't that be 4 ABY? According to NEC, and the Young Jedi Knights: Heirs of the Force page, it is 23 ABY that the book is set in. Muuuuuurgh 09:07, 17 February 2006 (UTC)
[edit] :(
Before i start to writei wanna warn u about my english. I have soon read all star wars young jedi knihgts books and i have just found this awsome webbsite, u can see every thing about star wars, charackters and all other kind of info about Star Wars. Tough i think that some story isn't very good, for examle about Lowie, that he get's banished from the jedi order because he lies about something terrible. I mean he is'n that way, i know u can easely be tricked by the dark side and so but anyway. Do u have any comments about this please write them here. Other bad things are that Anakin Solo dies, and all the young jedis does evil things that they shouldn't do. Please write what u think here.—Unsigned comment by Benniswe (talk • contribs).
[edit] Expansion
This article is too brief and can be further expanded and improved. For example, his role in as a Young Jedi Knight needs to be more informative. Did he have any other role during the Yuuzhan Vong War? MyNz 00:30, January 23 2006
I agree, there needs to be more on his role on his role with the Black Sun crisis (Young Jedi Knights: Return to Ord Mantell, Young Jedi Knights: Trouble on Cloud City, Young Jedi Knights: Crisis at Crystal Reef). - Jonbacca 03:55, 17 February 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Out of LotF
- You know, itreally is a little early to speculate that Lowie is going to be forgotten just because he wasn't seen in the Dramatis Personna of Betrayal. Lots of people didn't make the DPs on a lot of the NJO books. And if there are to be no more Wookiee Jedi, what about that one we saw in The Joiner King? -- SFH 02:37, 9 May 2006 (UTC)
I was thinking the same thing about Lowbacca being "forgotten" just because he hasn't explicitly confirmed for LOTF. Then recently I read an interesting interview with Troy Denning over at www.njoe.com and one of the questions asked was about whether Tahiri, Tesar and Lowbacca are back at the start of LotF to which Dening answers "Yes, their exile was not meant to be permanent." Heres a link http://www.njoe.com/index.php?id=view&sub=ex&sub2=inter&sub3=552 .
Then there's to take into consideration the possibility that the "no more Wookiee Jedi" statement is era specific. Elephanto 18:39, 9 May 2006 (UTC)
- I'm willing to bet that Lowie and Tesar will return in the books that Dening writes for this era. User:RushinSundaws 11:52, 14 June 2006
[edit] Image
Found this picture of Lowie. It looks really great, but I don't know if it's canon. Snoop 15:29, 4 July 2006 (UTC)
- It's not canon....it's one of many images created by RabbitTooth. You can tell by the background that's used, as it's his/her signature. —Jaymach Ral'Tir (talk) 15:32, 4 July 2006 (UTC)
- Didn't know. Thanks! Snoop 15:40, 4 July 2006 (UTC)
[edit] MT-D
This droid was only given to Lowie when he joined the academy so the first paragraph needs to be rewritten. --Eyrezer 02:16, 25 February 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Image placement
- I wanted to explain my earlier edit of moving images at the start of a section to right. This allows reading directly from the left. Anyway this is described as disconnecting in MoS images per our MoS.
- Also, can someone point me the left-right-left image placement policy Eyrezer mentioned in the last edit? I looked through the MoS and searched the CT and can't find that. Thanks. -Fnlayson 05:13, 18 March 2007 (UTC)
- The Wookieepedia tends to have unwritten "policy", which is a pain. So I cannot actually point you to a MoS page that deals with it, but it is actually on that link from the main wiki you gave, worded as a preference. I hope that explains it. --Eyrezer 05:01, 19 March 2007 (UTC)
- More like some people's wants, if it isn't written anywhere. I'm all for alternating sides, just not starting on the left as I've already explained. -Fnlayson 01:41, 26 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] New Image
http://www.thejawa.com/customs/reference/eu/njo/lowbacca/lowbacca2.JPG Should I upload this from the Star Wars Fact File? —Jonbacca(Raor)File:Jonbacca.jpg23:54, 25 April 2007 (UTC)
- Sure. Make sure to properly source the image when you upload it. -Fnlayson 01:41, 26 April 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Survival
i have removed the part that talks about it not being known whether or not Lowbacca survived the battle because references to him are made in several places after the battle and none mention his death or even injury and should have as he is a major character (in my opinon) and deaths have always been mentioned and talked about after throughout the book which sujests that he lives through it. --Dark Lord Xander (Embrace The Dark Side!)

[edit] FOTJ
