[edit] I declare

This is a page is a stub about the mandalorians. It is the mandalorian supporters primary objecive to make it longer.
  • I have made a longer history, but I just want to show it here before I submit it. It will need several article links added and most likely more info will be needed, but this is what I've got so far.

The Neo-Crusaders were a group of Mandalorians formed by Mandalore the Ultimate following the end of the Great Sith War and his own ascension to the position of Mandalore. Named after the old Crusaders, they fought the Mandalorian Wars against the Republic. After 5 years of conflict, the Neo-Crusaders were finally defeated by Revan’s forces at Malachor V, when the Jedi Exile gave the order to activate the Mass Shadow Generator, which almost wiped out the entire Mandalorian fleet. Mandalore was killed in that final battle.Revan removed them of their weapons, basilisk war droids, and ultimately, their honour.

The Neo-Crusaders entered dark times, when they were no longer great warriors, but thugs-for hire. Revan encountered some of these thugs during his quest to find the Star Forge, such as raiders on Dantooine and hunters on Kashyyyk. After the end of the Jedi Civil War, before leaving into the Unknown Regions to find the True Sith, Revan tasked Canderous Ordo, one of the former Neo-Crusaders who accompanied him on his journey, with reuniting the scattered Mandalorian clans on Dxun. Canderous recovered Mandalore the Ultimate’s helmet, which had been lost since the Battle of Malachor V, and declared himself the new Mandalore. He began to reunite the clans under the Ordo banner on the moon of Dxun, where the Mandalorian Wars began.

5 years after the Jedi Civil War, the Jedi Exile was forced to land on Dxun by Colonel Tobin’s space forces when searching for Jedi Master Kavar on Onderon. She was found by a Mandalorian sentry and taken to the Mandalorian base. Mandalore agreed to give her safe passage to Onderon if she proved herself worthy. After completing various tasks, such as stopping Tobin’s scouts from uncovering the base and rescuing the lost warrior Kumus, Mandalore agreed to help her. Shortly before they could leave, however, Sith assassins attacked the base. The Exile helped defend the base from the invaders before leaving.

After their business on Onderon was done, Mandalore stated that he would acompany the Exile on her journey for two reasons; the Sith would eventually dominate the Mandalorians if they were allowed to defeat the Jedi once and for all, and he had been meaning to leave to search for more clans. He found such clans on Nar Shaddaa and Dantooine. When the Battle of Telos IV began, the Mandalorians helped battle against the Sith, particularly aiding in the destruction of the Ravager, Darth Nihilus’ personal vessel. Their fate after that battle is unknown. Sith Alchemy 101 14:37, 15 July 2007 (UTC)

Does anyone care to elbaorate on the Galactic Civil War use of the armor by the Empire? Its in Star Wars galaxies as a reward for fighting in the battle of restuss. 71.33.34.140 01:19, 1 May 2008 (UTC)

It's not identical, it's a fusion of the Imperial Guard and the Neo-Crusader and the rebel is of Canderous' version mixed with the modern (Boba type) Mandalorian armour. It's not an appearance even if it's similar, and no statement has been made on the canon-status of that type I believe. Since this wiki is for canonical information and not speculation, I don't think anyone would escape edits if making such speculation - it's a type of fanon in reality.
