Borsk as MoJEdit

While he was the Minister of Justice in the Black Fleet Crisis, I do not know of any sources that place him in that position prior to that. Up until the Thrawn campaign he was a member of the Provisional and Inner Councils, before there even was a MoJ! We need to fix this up, unless sources are provided.
