Not Mod Terrik in the Picture
Edit
The Stormie pictured is not Mod Terrik. The while pauldron identifies him as a non-commissioned officer, officers have orange shoulder pauldrons.--Jerry 16:22, 25 August 2006 (UTC)
- Well, according to this CCG card, it's indeed Terrik. Don't know why he doesn't wear his orange pauldron... --Craven 16:57, 25 August 2006 (UTC)
- Hmmmmm...that's a tough retcon. Damn decipher!--Jerry 14:20, 26 August 2006 (UTC)
- How can you tell its not orange? If you look closely you can tell its not black. Alpha1138 04:56, 17 September 2006 (UTC)
- Maybe it's orange, but so covered in Tatooine crud as to appear not-so-orange. Gonk (Gonk!) 19:46, 13 April 2007 (UTC)
- The Tatooine sun is also shining on it, making it look almost white. 'Alpha85

- Alright, I checked out the new visual guide #7 on starwars.com, and its Terrik and that is an orange pauldron, as I thought it was, but was not fully sure on that pauldron color. 'Alpha85

- Judging from the same visual guide, it sounds like Terrik is from the local garrison in Mos Eisley, only temporarily assigned to the Desert Sands, coming from the Devastator. EDIT: My mistake, it seems it's the Desert Sands unit that's mentioned as relieving the 37th Detachment in Mos Eisley. VT-16 07:30, 31 May 2007 (UTC)

- NCOs are officers, non-commissioned officers, therefore he can easily be a sergeant even if he is just called an officer. - Anon
Is he in this scene...?
Edit
So is the stormtrooper who asks to see Luke's identification whom Obi-Wan does the mind tricks to Mod Terrik? I know he was in the first scene with sandtroopers, I know he was supposed to have ordered the killings of Owen, Beru and the Jawas, and is one of the ones who is killed in the fight as Han Solo is getting on the Falcon, but was he the one who said, "These aren't the droids we're looking for," or is that one of the other sandtrooper offcers?
- Nothing states that he is, AFAIK.
Terrik had Zeta Squad set up roadblock checkpoints at every entrance/exit into Mos Eisley. It could easily be anyone in the unit.Toprawa and Ralltiir 21:43, 6 May 2008 (UTC)- Evidently my post was partly erroneous. I have stricken the incorrect element. - Additionally, it is confirmed that the trooper in that scene cannot be Terrik because the Wizards trading cards have a card of that trooper, and say he is a clone trooper. Hanzo Hasashi 23:46, 14 March 2009 (UTC)
