Naboo Fighter

Fanon[]

Like those other fanon Naboo fighters, this one comes from rpggamer.org. Please delete. JimRaynor55 16:51, 27 Nov 2005 (UTC)

  • Hold up. The fighters resemble that of SWGalactic Battelground Royal Naboo light fighters... Redemption 17:12, 27 Nov 2005 (UTC)
Can someone with the game please back this up? Sounds made up to me. I didn't find this thing on the CUSWE. Also, the information in this article matches what was written on that fan page I linked to, which claims that their text is original. JimRaynor55 02:33, 29 Nov 2005 (UTC)
The game does have a variant of the Naboo Fighter named the Naboo Light Fighter. It has light and heavy variants of a lot of things. I can get screenshots if you like? -Jaymach Ral'Tir 02:37, 29 Nov 2005 (UTC)
N-1L Fighter
Screenshots would be appreciated. Also, can you tell me exactly what the game says about the Light Fighter? Is it even named "NL-1"? Everything in the current article appears to have been taken from a noncanon fan site. JimRaynor55 02:55, 29 Nov 2005 (UTC)
Oh I know the site...I'm an administrator on RPGGamer.org's forums :P. I don't remember it being named the NL-1, though I'll check...I can ask Freddy (the owner of the site) if he made up the name too. :) -Jaymach Ral'Tir 03:19, 29 Nov 2005 (UTC)
Sorry it took so long but I've included a picture of the "Naboo Fighter" from Galactic Battlegrounds. It isn't even called a Light Fighter there, however, just the Royal Naboo Fighter, and the N-1 is named the Naboo Fast Fighter. -Jaymach Ral'Tir 08:58, 5 Dec 2005 (UTC)
Forget that...I've got a name :) Thanks goes to JustinGann for telling me where to get the information. Uploaded another picture here. :) -Jaymach Ral'Tir 09:22, 5 Dec 2005 (UTC)

Delete[]

It's been almost a week, and no one has been able to support this with any source. This article's text is clearly lifted right from a fanon rpg site. Whatever this Naboo Light Fighter from Galactic Battlegrounds is, it's not the same as this. An article for the GB fighter should be written by someone who has the game, while this article should be deleted. JimRaynor55 05:59, 5 Dec 2005 (UTC)

DO NOT DELETE![]

This is NOT fanon! However, the original entry information was Fanon. The N-1L is older, slower, and weaker than the N-1.JustinGann 09:25, 5 Dec 2005 (UTC)

  • I don't know if this has already been resolved, but I'd like to back up the others in stating that this is not fanon. It is in fact from Galactic Battlegrounds, although the game does not provide background information. Calaros 16:04, 29 July 2006 (UTC)

Name[]

Doesn't it seem a bit strange that the N-1L came before the N-1?Lowbacca5 17:13, 21 December 2006 (UTC)

  • Yep. Kinda like somebody saying it's the year 30 B.C. ^_^ But that's Star Wars for ya. Unless maybe Theed Engineering hadn't worked out the kinks in the N-1 and needed to crank out something cheaper for a few battles...? Enochf 17:55, 29 December 2006 (UTC)
  • There's a possibility.Lowbacca5 16:37, 30 December 2006 (UTC)
  • That would be because the N-1L was designed for the Galactic Battlegrounds series. It's canon, but I wouldn't go as far as saying it belongs in the Star Wars storyline (mainly because it has no other canon sources). Probably about 75% of SWGB content is of this status, made up as "filler" content to meet the demand of game mechanics, and not intended to be included in the story line as EU. --Logan Felipe 01:28, 30 September 2007 (UTC)
