UPDATE I watched the youtube preview of the Balmorra Run, the Nebray manta is definitely the same species as the critter on Rugosa; they have the same eyesJustinGann 11:24, 6 October 2008 (UTC)

• But it's just that, a baby neebray. Maybe they grow to be as large as nebray mantas, but that would be an assumption now, and that still doesn't mean they're the same. Looks like they are the same species after all. Official site says that all four variants are called Neebray mantas, this means the Kalida Nebula versions are simply giant Neebray mantas. Mauser 12:18, 25 October 2008 (UTC)
