Pirates of the Caribbean
Edit
Looks like Nym's gonna be a major player in the new Pirates of the Carribean movie.... SM-716 02:15, 3 Jan 2006 (UTC)
Force-sensitive
Edit
Hey, is it just me, or is Nym a Force-Sensitive. He has only been caught once in history, and his the most skilled pilot there is, able to see things before they happen, just like Luke and Anakin. —Unsigned comment by 71.224.27.153 (talk • contribs).
- No, it's just a trait of his species. More like Han solo than anything (in fact, I believe Nym was based on early Han Solo concepts)--Logan Felipe 03:23, 11 April 2007 (UTC)
The Starfighter Trap
Edit
I added the Appearances-Section for the Starfighter Trap-Article some time ago and as far as I can remember, Nym wasn't in that story. Borsk Fey'lya 20:16, 2 December 2006 (UTC)
Captured once
Edit
Hey, since any Tales is non-canon before 6, wouldn't he have never been captured? If nobody disagrees soon, I'll change it. Jedi master Rimsek 01:31, 5 January 2007 (UTC)
- As far as I know, the events of the story were referenced in the New Essential Guide to Characters. So, Single Cell is canon. Borsk Fey'lya 09:45, 5 January 2007 (UTC)
- ok, I haven't seen that one yet, so, I wouldn't know. Thanks. Jedi master Rimsek 21:00, 5 January 2007 (UTC)
Nym's Hands
Edit
I don't see in the article any reference to Nym's anatomic differences in Jedi Starfighter. Besides littles modifications on his face (that could be explained by the quality of the pre-rendered CG in Jedi Starfighter's cutscenes), his hands are really different. Looks like he has only four fingers, and apparently two thumbs. You can see that in detail in the outtakes bonus video (video on youtube, at 0:40), and I believe that his hands are the same in the "regular" cutscenes (as the outtakes video can't be a canon source of course). -- Kaal 09:42, March 17, 2010 (UTC)
