True Sith Edit

Are they going to be actually introducing the "True Sith" that went into the Unknown Regions, as the crash landed Sith?--Darthsugar298 18:40, 8 February 2009 (UTC)

  • I think the "True Sith" are the Sith presented in Star Wars: The Old Republic. Crash Override Sith Emblem.svg 04:28, 16 February 2009 (UTC)
    • True, but maybe the ship that crashed was from the True Sith Empire. DarthKenny 06:03, 11 March 2009 (UTC)
      • Well according to The Lost Tribe of the Sith: Precipice, I believe that they are decended from the Sith Empire. Any thoughts?Darthsugar298 01:44, 29 May 2009 (UTC)

Anyone know who is on this cover of this book? Zilaash Kuh possibly? Didn't see anything in Outcast that says she has a tattooed face.

Back cover Edit

Who is that?--Jedi Kasra (talk) 17:24, 27 April 2009 (UTC)

Timeline Edit

  • For the timeline of Omen, would it be 41 ABY-43.5 ABY since it starts out two years earlier and the excerpt of Omen starts out two years earlier on Kesh?--Darth Revanon 00:41, 29 May 2009 (UTC)

Name Space Edit

We should move this to Omen (novel), because Omen is also the name of the ship in the book. -LtNOWIS 02:44, 29 May 2009 (UTC)

Release Date... Edit

I know the article says June 23rd but I got my copy of it in the mail this morning...

Same happened with Outcast, about a week before.

Was today the release date in some regions? Fedarated AK74-u 22:09, 12 June 2009 (UTC)

  • The release date is probably different in some regions. Could you please post the DP and the number of pages that it has? And does it have an excerpt of Abyss?-Darth Revanon
    • Done and done. Got it today, over a week before it's due to be released. Included is an excerpt of Abyss. - Quickstrike7

Curses where do you people live, I probably won't get my copy for another week and a half from my local Barnes and Noble, how can I get a copy any osik'la faster???--Darth Niffoc 16:49, 17 June 2009 (UTC)

  • Well, I know that ordering of the Chapters/Indigo site, which is Canadian, usually yields this result. Almost all my LotF books came in advance of the release date if ordered online. Canada: Leading the world in getting books first. -- Quickstrike7
  • Ha! Ironically I got my copy yesterday so I'm sorry to say that your theories on Canada are incorrect....eh.--Darth Niffoc 02:06, 20 June 2009 (UTC)

Death Star III Edit

Which page is the Death Star III mentioned? Dr. Kermit(Complain.) 01:01, February 17, 2010 (UTC)

Plot Hole? Edit

Warning, this discussion will contain Omen spoilers. Did anyone else find it odd that Jaina didn't use shatterpoint at the Livestock Exchange and Exhibition when the doors closed in the dangerous animal hall, and that she just let Radd Minker cut one of the doors open with his lightsaber? This could possibly be meant to be inferred, but I think it's more likely Christie Golden forgot about shatterpoint while writing Omen, it was the first Star Wars novel she wrote after all. -- Spencer8ab 08:46, March 22, 2010 (UTC)

Backcover ErrorEdit

I own a copy of Omen and mine says what the image says. Not what this wiki has put down. See the image for proof. KingDonfin I am not Dumb I'll have you know I have an IQ of 19!!!!!

  • I purchased my copy very close to the time it was released, the back cover says what the article has, not what yours says, yours must be a newer, or possibly, but very unlikely older revision. I would suggest you check for the errors in the behind the scenes section, yours may not have them. - Spencer8ab 23:38, April 13, 2010 (UTC)
    • My book has all of those errors. It's strange. KingDonfin I am not Dumb I'll have you know I have an IQ of 19!!!!!
      • FWIW, I received my copy of Omen on the release date (pre-ordered through Borders.com), and it's back cover says what the article's says, as opposed to the image. A note of this discrepancy could probably be made in the BTS. Jonjedigrandmaster Jedi symbol.svg (We seed the stars) 23:49, April 13, 2010 (UTC)
        • I have an idea why. What company made your Omen copy?KingDonfin I am not Dumb I'll have you know I have an IQ of 19!!!!!
          • It was published by Del Rey. Jonjedigrandmaster Jedi symbol.svg (We seed the stars) 23:56, April 13, 2010 (UTC)
            • Mine was published by Century. An English company. That might be why. KingDonfin I am not Dumb I'll have you know I have an IQ of 19!!!!!

I was unable to locate the hardcover version of this book using the ISBN in the article, but the ISBN on this back cover scan did work. Does the article need fixing? New to editing, but would love to get involved. --Drokkon 19:55, April 23, 2011 (UTC)
