Jedi High Council member
Edit
I noticed that Ood Bnar is listed in the category "Pre-Ruusan Jedi High Council members". I was just wondering if there is confirmation of this, as I thought the Jedi Council was not formed until after Nomi Sunrider became head of the Order? If Bnar was in slumber during this time, until after the Great Jedi Purge, how could he be a member of the Council?--Markrox91 06:45, 8 February 2009 (UTC)
- Well, the Council did somewhat exist prior to that, it was just much less formal and wasn't really called a council - it was just a group of of wisest/most powerful/etc. Jedi Masters. Ood was certainly part of that. But that's not the same thing as the Jedi High Council so I've removed it. Good spot -- AdmirableAckbar (Talk) 11:49, 8 February 2009 (UTC)
His holocron
Edit
In Dark Empire II, Luke met with Bnar and said he knowed him from the Holocron. At the end of the Empire's End 1 in the Q&A section, some Dark Horse-man says, referencing to K. J. Anderson, that Bnar and Bodo are the gatekeepers of the same holocron. I am not sure whether it is canon or not. JvS:TEGTTF revealed that the Jedi Holocron is the same as Tedryn, so my questions are: doesn't this mean, that the holocron lend by Arca to Thon appearing in the TotJ with Bnar as gatekeeper is the Tedryn Holocron? Should Bnar's holocron's article be merged with Tedryn's? Should Bnar's rule as gatekeeper be mentioned in this article? Darth Morrt 07:38, December 17, 2009 (UTC)
Relative birth date
Edit
IMO the relative birth date (after Odan Urr) is better than nothing, and it is not speculation. They had known each other. Darth Morrt 21:41, December 27, 2009 (UTC)
- Saying that someone was born after someone else is useless—especially when the birth year of the other character is also unknown. Moreover, it does not belong in the infobox. And lastly, this is a Featured Article - no major changes should be made without first consulting the writer. Grand Moff Tranner

Rise of the Empire era
Edit
I know that he doesn't physically appear in this era, but since he was still alive during this period, shouldn't the ROTE logo be added? Ressor 15:59, January 25, 2012 (UTC)
- The Wookieepedia Layout Guide states that "Eras" tags "are for known appearances only, not presumed eras of appearance." Therefore, no Eras tag for the ROTE era should be included. --Jinzler 16:14, January 25, 2012 (UTC)
