Source
Edit
What source does this come from? Its top speed of 33,100 kph sounds pretty unbelievable. That's faster than some starfighters from Saxton's books. JimRaynor55 09:55, 19 Jun 2005 (UTC)
- The vehicle itself is probably from Star Wars: Starfighter, but I don't know the source for the stats. --Fade 10:19, 19 Jun 2005 (UTC)
- Checked up on this, there's one in Battle For Naboo this site gives stats, but i can't vouch for its reliability. Wait, I see the mistake- that site is for an RPG- it has a move value of 33 and a speed of 100 kmh- it looks like this on the website 33;100 kmh, hence the confusion --Fade 10:30, 19 Jun 2005 (UTC)
TPM?
Edit
Where did this craft appear in the film? Are you basing this on the OOM-9´s statement that his troops were searching the swamps for hidden cities? If so, he didn´t refer to any specific vehicles. I´m hesitant about leaving that particular "appearance". VT-16 15:58, 25 Aug 2005 (UTC)
- It was not seen in The Phantom Menace. That should be removed from the article. Cmdr. J. Nebulax 17:36, 25 Aug 2005 (UTC)
Same vehicle?
Edit
In the article it says that they appear in the comic 'Starfighter: Crossbones'. I have searched the comic for them and only found some AAT-like hovering tanks in issue #03, but I don't think they correspond with the ones in the game 'Battle for Naboo' according to the image found here:

Still, I have not played th game myself and maybe I missed them in the comic, so can someone verify this? -Tyranus- 20:41, 8 August 2006 (UTC)
- I'd say it's the gunboat in that link. Fleet Admiral J. Nebulax (Imperial Holovision)

- So, maybe the tanks that appear on Starfighter: Crossbones are not these type of Gunboats. —Unsigned comment by -Tyranus- (talk • contribs).
- I'm thinking that the "AAT-like hovering tanks" is the fanon-named AAT-W. Fleet Admiral J. Nebulax (Imperial Holovision)

- the gunboat first appeared in Battle for Naboo, was given stats in Gamer, and was named Ostracoda-class in the NEGDroidsJustinGann 08:31, 9 August 2006 (UTC)

- Here is a pic of the tanks that appear on the comic 'Starfighter: Crossbones'. If they do not correspond with the 'Ostracoda-class gunboat' (which I think the don't comparing them with this image) then the comic appearance must be removed from the Ostracoda article and a new article should be made, maybe even with the conjectural fanon name AAT-W.-Tyranus- 13:00, 9 August 2006 (UTC)
- "Aquatic Armored Assault Tank" would probably be best, though. Fleet Admiral J. Nebulax (Imperial Holovision)

Battle for Naboo
Edit
It's canon allright! This is a screenshot from Star Wars: Battle for Naboo —Unsigned comment by Themelle444 (talk • contribs).
- Slightly different, but definitely meant to be the same. Fleet Admiral J. Nebulax (Imperial Holovision)

Weapons
Edit
Star Wars: Battle for Naboo shows the gunboats have some type of bomb launcher. This needs to be added. —Unsigned comment by Corellian Premier (talk • contribs).
