He looks awsome but, he will not be the next HK-47, T3-M4 or GO-TO. I wonder what voice he will have?-Darth Homer 04:16, 16 August 2007 (UTC)

  • A Friend of mine at the claims that it will be Anthony Daniels that will do PROXY's voice although it's unconfirmed. Unsigned comment by Darth Awar (talk • contribs).
    • Are you serious he is going to have the same voice as C-3PO.-Darth Homer 17:50, 16 August 2007 (UTC)
      • Yes or at least very similar! -- Awar 11:26, 17 August 2007 (UTC).
        • Well he does look similar to "nakey 3PO" in TPM. And while he may not be the next HK-47, he sure as heck beats the living daylights out of GO-TO. DAWUSS 02:34, 3 September 2007 (UTC)
          • Well Homer, I think he's better than HK and GO-TO as well as being at least as good as R2. PS:Does PROXY stand for anything? COOLEST DROID EVER! DarthButterCutter 04:02, 27 December 2008 (UTC)

Threepio's "brother"Edit

Spike TV's Game Trailers hinted that Proxy was created by Vader, and a one-of-a-kind prototype, in a sense making C-3PO and Proxy brothers. 06:30, 14 April 2008 (UTC)

Way too big of a stretch. But, if we knew more a bit more about PROXY's creaton and Vader's involvement, this could be a legit case. So for now, NO WAY. --Darth shohet 00:14, 14 January 2009 (UTC)

I don't think that droids can be brothers.--SUP3RCHUBBY 20:32, October 11, 2010 (UTC)

Based off early 3PO concept?Edit

3po proto

An early concept for C-3PO's underchassis.

Are the similarities delibrete? At least in the head?Dr.Kermit 22:37, 20 August 2008 (UTC)

no way man. why would c-3P0 be uncovered? It's called common sence.

First of all, whoever left the unsigned comment was clueless about what he/she was saying. And YES, PROXY does look like the 3P0 concept. And not just the head. --Darth shohet 00:11, 14 January 2009 (UTC)

Thanks, I was afraid it was just me. And don't be so hard on the anon. Maybe he's been in a coma since 1999. Dr.Kermit(The Doctor is in) 05:14, 18 February 2009 (UTC)

Wii VersionEdit

well you can play as darth maul if you enter the code ZABRAK on ps2. i think its on wii too. WallyX 20:16, 2 April 2009 (UTC)

Does anyone know why the PROXY battle on Raxus was not included in the Wii version of the game. I am SO annoyed about that. 21:23, 16 November 2008 (UTC)

there's a PROXY battle? can u tell me what that is? I have the wii game and if this "PROXY" game is really cool, I'm going to be irritated to.

I actually have only read about it on this site. Apparently PROXY takes on the forms of numerous people, including Darth Maul, notably, and tries to kill Starkiller. This is on Raxus Prime the second time. You can see foreshadowing of this in the in-game databank entry on PROXY, when it says PROXY's primary programming is to kill him. Then again, the 360 and PS3 versions don't have the Jedi Temple missions, so maybe it's a fair trade. 03:02, 18 November 2008 (UTC)

I have X360 version, he turns into random enemies and allies, including Rahm Kota, Maris Brood, Shaak Ti and the Emperor's Shadow Guard . Starkiller defeats all of them and there is a pause at which point Starkiller says something like, "Shut Down, I've already defeated everyone in your databank." PROXY comes back with something like, "Yes master... but I have one program you have never seen, one I have been saving for years," and turns into Darth Maul. Both characters heal fully, the bar that says "PROXY" changes to "Darth Maul" and he attacks you. When you defeat him, he shuts down and returns to the Rogue Shadow. In the Rogue Shadow LEGO set, there is No PROXY minifig, he is not even MENTIONED in the LEGO Star Wars universe. I wonder why? Questions, Comments, ANSWERS...

Why not mentioned, I don't know. Maybe to prevent a large complaint from customers, putting LEGO under pressure. Why not made, well, it should be self explanitory. Almost every element would have to be custom for one time use, way too expensive. Or, both could simply be due to copyright agreements. (By the way, I am an expert on LEGO Star Wars in general) --Darth shohet 00:08, 14 January 2009 (UTC)

Capabilites? Edit

How does PROXY use force push and saber throw when robots can't use the force? Can he also self program fighting styles that he has seen like Maris Brood, Shaak Ti, Rahm Kota, and the Emperor's Shadow Guard? --Bron Hañda 01:05, 13 February 2009 (UTC)

  • I would say the same reason Darth Vader can force choke somebody through hologram. --Kohr'dan Voss 10:38, 31 January 2009 (UTC)
    • When does Vader use the force through a hologram? ––Bron Hañda 15:22, 16 March 2009 (UTC)
  • Is the saber throw considered game mechanics instead of an actual abilitie. --Bron Hañda 02:29, 20 March 2009 (UTC)

Speaking of all of this, how does Proxy fight with a lightsabre anyway? It would have to be holographic since he doesn't have one but then why can it touch other lightsabres? 19:14, 9 May 2009 (UTC)

  • Okay. Vader force choked someone like that in ESB. Saber throw is an ability, Vader used it inESB and Yoda used it in ROTS. And PROXY does have a lightsaber. Maybe even more than one. Doctor Kermit(The Doctor is in) 00:47, 18 July 2009 (UTC)
  • Vader may or may not have choked someone through a hologram but Galen Marek was on Hoth and Force killed his liason who was either somewhere on the surface of the planet or up in space. --Revan's Exile 15:32, November 25, 2009 (UTC)
  • I think we've got a little off topic here. How DOES he use the force? 19:43, March 27, 2010 (UTC)
    • I haven't completely played through the game yet, but in the novel, it says that PROXY uses mechanical movements to imitate use of the force. For example, he uses repulsors to land safely after a big jump and to jump off walls and the like. Force push could again be used due to repulsors. I'm not sure how PROXY could use something like saber throw as that's not mentioned in the novel. Does he use this in the game? Nighthawk205 20:16, July 15, 2010 (UTC)
  • this may be a late answer, but, i heard that he uses mini tractor beams in his palms to bring the lightsaber back to him after he throws it, thus, he mimics saber throw. i don't remember where i got that info, but i think it was here on his page. and it says that vader provided PROXY iwth a collection of ancient lightsaber,s and the holgram guises that go with them, so that explains him having lightsabers.Ralphjedimaster 01:41, January 2, 2011 (UTC)

Raxus Prime plot diversion Edit

The novel and game have different accounts of what happen to PROXY on Imperialized Raxus. In the novel, PROXY attempts to hack the Core, only to be taken over by the Core itself. He then attacks Galen under the Core's influence. However, this does not happen within the game - PROXY attacks Galen willingly, calculating that the time he ambushes him during the mission is the best time to "fulfill his primary programming". He also loses his primary programming due to the power surge caused by the crashing Star Destroyer in the game, not the Core. Ggctuk 21:59, 3 February 2009 (UTC)

Ah, no. In the DS version of the game at least he attempts to interface with the core but it takes him over, the core does use proxies primary programing as a way of letting the core get into it's processor (Basically "let me into your processor and I'll help you fulfill your programing"). 19:16, 9 May 2009 (UTC)

This is something I keep wondering about: where does PROXY keep his lightsabers? Are they built into his arm? all we know is that they join in the middle (for Maul) and the blade changes colour with the hologram. User:1705jallen

dear 1705jallen
if you look closely at the drawing in The Art of Star Wars the Force Unleashed of PROXY, you see what looks like pipes without tops right above the hips. I believe these are lightsabers.

How does PROXY die? Edit

I was reading about darth maul, and there says that proxy main obective was to kill his master(galen marek) and that he died when he trnsformed himself into darth maul ( because was the only style that galen had not seen) but galen impales him with the double blade, at the same time at the proxy page here at the wookiepiedia says that he is recovered from the snow( where darth vader kills him) and the owner becomes Juno beacause galen is dead.

something is wrong here.

  • Nothing is wrong here. Marek only critically damaged PROXY, but then fixed him and the droid continued to serve his master until he was damaged by Vader on Corellia and left there lying in the snow. He was then recovered by Juno and Bail. QuiGonJinnThere's always a bigger fish. 20:22, 2 April 2009 (UTC)

I still dont get it, so by the ndamage that galen did to PROXY he became good?

  • He was always good, he was just programmed by Vader to try to kill him to train him. When Galen defeated him on Raxus Prime a power surge from the planets core wiped that programming. 19:18, 9 May 2009 (UTC)

Now, wait a sec, PROXY never actually tries to kill Galen. Shortly after the first Rebel meeting(On Raxxus Prime, I think.), he disguises himself as Obi-Wan and attacks Vader, so Vader stabs PROXY in the chest. (If this doesn't make any sense, I have the PS2 version, and I heard the storyline was altered a little. And I only have the first Force Unleashed game.)-- 20:51, November 20, 2011 (UTC)*anonymous*
