Name
Edit
Death in the Catacombs names it the "Arena of Justice", though I haven't seen that name elsewhere. Should we rename the page, since it seems to be a more "proper" title than the current one - \\Captain Kwenn// — Ahoy! 11:23, 27 January 2007 (UTC)
- The ITCW of AOTC names it as Petranaki, I believe. Unit 8311 17:26, 11 February 2007 (UTC)
Capitalization?
Edit
So, which one is it; petranaki arena or Petranaki arena? If I remember correctly, I saw it mentioned as "Petranaki arena" somewhere. - TopAce 16:33, 2 March 2007 (UTC)
Geonosian language
Edit
With sincere respect to the individuals who have spent so much time providing a detailed analysis of Geonosian, the transcription "[Horn] bey [click] oh zee barote hundit" is not accurate,
Most of the sounds can be represented using symbols from the International Phonetic Alphabet (IPA), with the addition of tones.
/rrrʛɨ!ɔhibarohwundɛ/ is a closer transcription:
[horn] is actually a long voiced alveolar trill /r/ (with a chitinous overtone not found in any human language), followed by
/ʛ/ - a uvular voiced implosive
/ɨ/ - a close central unrounded vowel, similar to the Romanian "î"
/!/ - a (post)alveolar click, and then the remainder of the sentence, /ɔhibarohwundɛ/.

The sounds of Geonosian are so unique in the annals of science fiction movies that they deserve a more accurate representation. Ccdesan 09:31, 11 July 2009 (UTC)
Mandalore?
Edit
Why is this information being linked to the arena? I can find no link between the two subjects at all, has anyone else got a source or something that links it, or is it just an error? Spock22 11:27, September 8, 2010 (UTC)
