In-universe?Edit

Is the narrative-prose in most of the text considered to be in-universe? I understand that the "ADDENDUM/PERSONAL" log entries are obviously written by Platt Okeefe (first-person) and are therefore in-universe; and the game stats are not. But all of the main text is ambiguous third person description that could be written by Platt - or it could be OOU. Can somebody point to a specific passage that clears the ambiguity. I ask because I'd like to add a quote to Van Serai Hotel and attribute it to Platt. - Esjs^(Talk) 05:36, August 10, 2010 (UTC)
