I´ve read about the pod-race background in AOTC being left-over film from the production of ESB, but I can´t find any official source. Does anyone know any? VT-16 10:48, 1 Jul 2005 (UTC)

[edit] The Podracers
We have a number of various podracers (the vehicles) on the Wookieepedia, but they're not all under the right names. Check the Databank page for a list of the movie pods; some are under the name of the engines used (as stated in the Official Databank EU sections for each pod) and not the actual name of the racer itself. I believe the Insider's Guide CD states the names, so I suggest a cleanup of the pods, moving the pages to the correct names - Kwenn

Is Pordracing a proper noun or isn't it? I see it capitalized some places and not in others. This very article, for instance, uses both. -- Ozzel

When you see the swoop guy go buy you can see what looks like 2 pod racers engines ontop of each other. Anybody else see this?

I think this should be split into Podracing (for the sport and overview) and Podracer (detailing the vehicles themselves). At the minute, we've got an event and a vehicle on the same page; that'd be like having X-wing redirect to the Battle of Yavin page - Kwenn 11:59, 20 June 2006 (UTC)
