Gavrisom time as Chief of StateEdit

I'm a bit confused on his term. I thought Specter of the Past described Organa Solo as on a leave of absence and Gavrisom was acting Chief of State. I must have missed the election mentioned in this article. -Finlayson 02:48, 28 August 2006 (UTC)
