The issue is not so much the relevance, though that's some of it. The issue is that this is Quote: Corran Horn, not Extended Scene: Corran Horn. Three of the quotes you put back were excessively long. (ten lines? eight participants?) and verging on copyvio. While none of them are quite as bad as the 47-line monstrosity in Quote: Gilad Pellaeon, they're still too long. Yrfeloran 16:40, 6 June 2008 (UTC)
That's really not copyvio. It has to be a lot more than ten lines to be a copyright violation. And I think length is less important than relevance. If they convey something about Corran's character, they should stay. Some of them could maybe be trimmed down, but I don't see why most of those I restored should go wholesale. "It doesn't fit my subjective notion of what length should be" isn't really an argument I'm happy with. If you can trim some off the front or back and still have the relevant part there, go ahead. There are probably some quotes that just don't say as much as I maybe thought they did when I first added them. But, "It's long, ax it," isn't really a solid argument in and of itself.
