[edit] R3

They engage in a battle? I thought once they found R2, Anakin would give "goldie" to Ahsoka.SebarianFile:OBI-WAN KENOBI.jpgJedi Council 02:43, 8 November 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Not Fire

If I remember right, R2 cut the cables not burn them away. 70.23.106.63 20:51, 15 November 2008 (UTC)

  • I think the person who wrote "used his buzz saw to burn the cable" may have been half-asleep at the time. Saws don't burn, they cut. He or she was probably confusing the cutting of the cable and R2's use of ignited oil to disrupt R3's grip on the walkway. ZeldaTheSwordsman 05:53, 26 November 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Spy

  • One thing that really bugs me is how did R3 become a spy AND fall into Anakin and Ahsoka's hands then and there. The most logical things I can think of is either the CIS interfered with the delivery, or Palpatine was involved. However, neither of these make much sense because 1) Its unlikely the CIS could do so, and 2) Didn't Palpatine want Anakin to live? also, wouldn't the Republic have checked R3's memory? --Darth shohet 22:34, 15 November 2008 (UTC)
  • The CIS could easily have interfered with the droid. Palpatine did want Anakin to live. The thing is that he needed to test Anakin, and ensure that he will become a powerful sith. Darth Maul once ordered a large number of assassin droids to track himself down and kill him so that he could test his own skills. Either of those ideas are plausible. • Yes, it stinks that this guy was a spy. Even though he was evil, he's still pretty cool. -- MichaelCrichtonfan24 (PF24) ( Talk ) It is my regret to inform you that Michael Crichton has died of cancer. I am sad. 01:08, 17 November 2008 (UTC)
