I suspect that this phrase is a thesaurus-based rewrite of a comment on "mindless determination" from somewhere like The New Essential Guide to Weapons and Technology? Someone ought to check that and change it to something slightly clearer, maybe? --McEwok 09:27, 10 May 2007 (UTC)
