Can anyone provide an accurate chronological order for the REBEL FORCE series, in comparison to the STAR WARS MISSIONS series? Both series place these books directly following the Battle of Yavin IV. My timeline puts the entire MISSIONS series first, followed directly by Rebel Force series.

you contradict yourself. Missions takes place directly after Episode IV. According to this site, so does Rebel Force. I haven't read Rebel Force yet.
