Gender pronounsEdit

Quick, pedantic question: what pronouns should we be using? Our article on transgenderative surgery suggests that Kairn underwent the procedure; assuming that Kairn was born biologically male and assigned a male gender at birth, that would imply that after the surgery (and the other facets of transition) we should be using female gender pronouns to refer to Kairn, assuming that the procedure was undergone for reasons of gender dysphoria. Muddying the waters, the article on SRS mostly talks about its use as an extreme disguise technique. If Kairn underwent transgenderative surgery as a disguise, we should of course use male pronouns; if Kairn did so because of having identified as female, we should use female ones. I don't have a copy of, or access to, The Bounty Hunters: Aurra Sing; could someone who does clear this up, if possible? Thanks, and sorry for the long post. AnneA 13:07, January 4, 2010 (UTC)

Im going to have to dig out my copy, but if i remember correctly he narrated the part and he specifically said something along the lines of being "no longer male" and although i dont know how he was born and whatnot it would seem that he no longer identifies himself as male, havent read the comic in years though.
