• I would like to challenge this assertion, as I easily acquired a copy on Free Comic Book Day 2006 from a recognised dealer in Manchester. They had plenty to give away, as did other retailers I visited. -Kev-La Ttolya 21:33, 30 November 2007 (UTC)
