- This is so typical and another proof that games aren't always meant to blend in the SW chronology. --Sompeetalay 13:55, 6 March 2007 (UTC)
- They're always meant to, unless explicitly specified otherwise. Deal with it. - Sikon 14:09, 6 March 2007 (UTC)
- My guess is that Petroglyph didn't do their homework. They must have heard the name, and included him without consulting Lucasarts. They mustn't have seen any gossams before either, because they depict Gossams as huge, nonsentient beasts like banthas or Dewbacks in the game. I'd consider this a case where the characer should be deemed what I call non-canon "filler content"; that is, content added for the sake of gameplay (a perfect example of this is Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds, which made up units to fill in unit roles, creating several non canon vehicles like the champion, Steadfast, and advanced Naboo starfighter). As for his appearance, they might have not deemed the character important enough to make a model specifically for him. Thus, they just gave him the Desert civilian model/skin.--Logan Felipe 03:58, 11 April 2007 (UTC)
- How are the vehicles in GB non-canon? -- I need a name (Complain here) 21:18, 15 April 2007 (UTC)
- I know this idea was brought up over on TF.N in one of the San Hill threads: It's possible San Hill is merely a title within the IBC.

- For what's its worth, I do not think this is the San Hill from the movie, but I think he is a Muun, as human models seem to be used for Muuns (and Utapauns) in the gameJustinGann 20:23, 7 October 2007 (UTC)
- So, as JustinGann suggests, this guy could be a Muun after all. Maybe the new chairman of the IBC decided to change his name, to honor the previous leader, as a diplomatic measure to make the IBC trust him or anything. --Skippy Farlstendoiro 14:22, 9 October 2007 (UTC)
- Or maybe San Hill is alive, why is that so hard for some people to believe and except, expecially when there's tons of proof that he is?--Rune Haako 00:49, 7 January 2008 (UTC)

Description Removal
Edit
I'm removing "Brown hair" "Brown eyes" from his description because you may as well say "White skin" "Dusty Cloak" "Brown Blaster" for all that the generic Desert Civilian model represents.129.107.81.12 03:03, 9 September 2008 (UTC)
