Talk:Scarab-class droid starfighter

i know the Scarab IS canon, but most of the article information seems fanon, prbably from swrpgnetworkJustinGann 12:49, 12 Dec 2005 (UTC)
- "The first XS.000 series fighters were designed to be flown by an organic pilot, but over the years experiments with droid pilots and computers were made, leading up to the XS.009-series, which could be flown by both organics and droids." That's a load of rubbish, and the picture is fan-made, but apart from that, the rest of the info is canon - Kwenn

Scarab-class
Edit
Where did Scarab-class come from? It's only known as a "Scarab starfighter" in the Starfighter games. And there isn't really a precedent for it, since Vulture droids aren't Vulture-class droids - Kwenn 11:01, 30 June 2006 (UTC)
- I think from the Essential Guide to Vehicles and Vessels. Though I'm not exactly sure. Demolitions Expert RC-1187 Helmet Comlink

- I don't think it's that, though. Fleet Admiral J. Nebulax (Imperial Holovision)

- It's not. It simply lists it under "Scarab" in the appendix - Kwenn 12:08, 30 June 2006 (UTC)

- I know it's bad to restart old topics but in the first Starfighter game it's called "Scarab-class starfighter". TheAinMAP 18:46, 14 August 2007 (UTC)
- It's not bad to restart old topics when you have relevant information like this. I think we should move the article to Scarab-class droid starfighter now. —Grand Admiral J. Nebulax (Imperial Holovision)

Hyperspace capable?
Edit
Aren't they hyperspace capable? Because I'm pretty sure in a cutscene a pair jump into the sector you are in in Star Wars: Starfighter.Lieutenant J.J 21:47, 1 June 2009 (UTC)
Four lasers?
Edit
I have seen some pics from games and few pics which seem canon and all indicate that Scarab would have 4 lasers (2 per wing, mounted in same mount) instead of two. I have seen no pics whatsoever which would indicate only 2 lasers. Can anyone confirm this? Telccu 11:24, November 5, 2010 (UTC)
