  • shrug* I italicised Infiltrator because it's in italics in the book I looked up the ship's length in. --Beeurd 01:18, 14 May 2005 (UTC)

Secret HangarEdit

Do we have a source on it being stored in a secret hangar on Naboo? --SFH 04:48, 14 Oct 2005 (UTC)

  • Labyrinth of Evil. Kuralyov 04:04, 13 Dec 2005 (UTC)

well, it still has to be there somewhere unless it was destroyed.... Maybe someone took it it was a awesome ship

PictureEdit

Can we get a better picture, like one of the side maybe? -- SFH 04:03, 22 January 2006 (UTC)

I have a good front picture from the official site as it speeds towards Tatooine. I believe the current behind shot should be put elsewhere in the article and the one I have used as the Infiltrators main picture. Im new though so please be patient. I will upload the picture to Wookieepedia as soon as I can. Maphisto86 23:39, 09 February 2006 (UTC)

Is there any way to reduce its size here? I's WAAAAY to big!!! X/ Maphisto86 24:10, 10 February 2006 (UTC)

    • Yeah, you can use wiki-coding Infiltrator flyby1 lg. Click "edit" to see the coding here. It's recommended that images by posted like this, instead of pasting the URL.-LtNOWIS 18:57, 11 February 2006 (UTC)
      • Yeah I know now that once images are uploaded to wikipedia I can use them there instead of a URL. Thank you. Should I edit the main picture or someone else? Also I think the current main picture has a place on the article as it shows the engines of the ship. I can also find a picture of the Infiltrator landed for this article. -Maphisto86 7:50, 13 February 2006 [UTC]
        • I have done it! I might put an image of the craft landed if nessecary but I changed the main picture and put the flyby picture that was origionally there at the end. -Maphisto86 7:41, 16 February 2006 (UTC)

Passenger count Edit

The text block says 12 passengers, the stat block says 6. Which one is is it? I'm inclinded to think that it's the 6 count, as 12 seems to be somewhat large for a one man ship, especially since it's a bit smaller than the Falcon, which seems to carry around 8 people.

Also, does a Class 3 hyperdrive seem just a little slow for such a vessel? The Wizards of the Coast d20 Dark Side Sourcebook has it at a class 1.5, backup class 12 (where the hyperdrive class acts as a multiplier of base travel time) --LightWarden

  • Class 3 does seem quite slow. I would imagine that Sith assassins would often need to get somewhere in a hurry. :D So I'd like to know what the source for that number is, especially if there's another source claiming the Scimitar is twice as fast. 68.47.234.131 02:57, 17 March 2006 (UTC)

Post-Ship Template Cleanup Edit

I don't mind the new picture or the correct template but now the pictures screwed up at the bottom. Can anyone assist me with the cleanup? It looks too... cluttered. - Maphisto86 24:33, 06 March 2006 (UTC)

  • What seems to be the problem? I had to shrink all the pictures, and I moved them all to the left because the right side is dominated by the box, and it looks fine that way to me in every resolution from 800x600 to 1280x1024. The main problem I see is that there are just way too many pictures for such a short article. —Darth Culator (talk) 05:39, 6 March 2006 (UTC)
    • Well is there any way to do this wothout sacrificing any pictures? You should agree it looks clumsy with pictures at the bottom, but the template is correct and we can't move that. I geuss we could remove one picture and see where that goes. Which one should be tossed? :/ Maphisto86 15:51, 06 March 2006 (UTC)
      • I'd say the gift from Palpatine one. RMF 06:25, 7 March 2006 (UTC)
      • Thanks to whomever edited it before. I managed to link part of the text to the "Palpatine's Gift" picture from the comic. I thought it was a good pic to have on the article but it's now just not a thumbnail. Maphisto86 8:03, 07 March 2006 (UTC)

Labyrinth of Evil (just mentioned) Edit

just thought about this because I'm reading the book for the first time, but the infiltrator isn't "just mentioned", there's quite a lot more about it in the plot line. Is it just me, or has anyone else noticed this? couldn't tell you where to start in the book because i'm reading an e-version.

Sith Infiltrator Edit

Should there be a different article for Sith Infiltrator, because it seems to be the general title given to all personal Sith craft?--Darth Oblivion 23:02, 4 August 2006 (UTC)

Commonplace for Sith Edit

I can't remember, but I think it was the Episode I Cross sections book which said that all Sith had an "Infiltrator", but they were of different type and stuff, and represented the Sith that owned them. I can imagine that Dooku's equivilant was his Solar Sailor, and Vader's was his TIE, but is there any other evidence of Sith Infiltrators being commonplace for Sith? .... 03:00, 22 October 2006 (UTC)

RedundancyEdit

Why are there twin iterations both of the same information?

C'mon, nobody noticed this?Edit

Under appearances, it says 'Don't even get to see Darth Maul on Tatooiene' who put this in? Haha. I'll remove it, if nobody objects. Darth Zaktius 02:00, 6 November 2007 (UTC)

  • Yeah, that's a wise course of action. Sometimes stuff like that slips through the cracks. --LtNOWIS 02:03, 6 November 2007 (UTC)

No one noticed this either? No connection?Edit

the Jedi Interceptor looks suspiciously similar to the scimitar? I mean really, i know they were evolved from the jedi starfighter, but seriously though lets just consider the idea for a second that the scimitar had an impact on the design of the jedi interceptor or something.

Battle for Naboo hangar quote Edit

I like the current quote a lot, but because Rogue Sqadron's quotes are used often, I thought I'd leave this here in case anybody needs it: "A deadly and frightening vehicle, the Sith Infiltrator employs advanced cloaking technology to ambush its prey. The starship's laser cannons can rip apart most enemy vessels, while deflector shields protect the Infiltrator from retaliation. Part of the terrifying Sith legacy, the Infiltrator is among the most dangerous vehicles in the galaxy."Captain Panaka|Star Wars: Battle for Naboo Obviously, beyond the current quote being cooler, Captain Panaka probably never really saw the Infiltrator in canon. Tony Knightcrawer 04:05, 4 February 2009 (UTC)

Lightspeed speed Edit

In the Phantom Menace Incredible cross sections it says it has a lightspeed of 3.0 where did 1.5 come from. Lieutenant J.J 07:21, 4 June 2009 (UTC)Lieutenant J.J

Airlock/Cockpit Discrepancy Edit

The image of the Scimitar's floorplan clearly shows the cockpit being a ndek above the the rear airlock, connected by a lift, but in the Episode 1 Adventures #3: The Fury of Darth Maul, Maul sees a Bartokk assassin sneaking up behind him, while he is seated in the pilots chair in the cockpit, and attempts to flush the assassin out of the airlock, which he can clearly see.

Sith Infiltrator (spies) Edit

Needs a link at the top to the Sith Infiltrator (spies) article. (- -) 02:08, June 12, 2010 (UTC)

Darth Tenebrous Edit

What is the source that says that Darth Maul's Sith Infiltrator was desingned by Darth Tenebrous?KitFisto19BBY 14:07, March 3, 2012 (UTC)

  • If you look at the citation following the information, it will tell you what the source is. GethralkinHyperwave 05:59, March 8, 2012 (UTC)
