I have a strange story about Sena Leikvold Midanyl. I'm a student at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a friend of mine who lives in Champaign just started reading the Expanded Universe and began with the Thrawn Trilogy. Over Christmas break, I got an excited phone call from him about encountering this character Sena in "Dark Force Rising." Apparently, the character is named after a teacher who teaches here and knew Timothy Zahn from church here in Illinois. My friend looked into it and discovered that the character is indeed named for this teacher, who won an auction to have her name put in the book. Unfortunately, there's nothing online about the auction (my friend learned all this from the teacher herself), but the teacher's website is proof enough: Sena Leikvold Hollis 02:33, 3 March 2006 (UTC)

Sena older than Irenez? Edit

What's the source for Sena's date of birth? I just don't think it's plausible that she is older than Irenez (in Dark Force Rising, Irenez is said to be "about 10 years" older than Han Solo, which gives her a DOB of about 40 BBY). However, Irenez is a grey-haired, elderly woman, while Sena obviously is not, but rather middle-aged (like Han, Lando). --Bender235 14:03, May 14, 2010 (UTC)
