Lateral or Later?
Edit
"However, the only recorded allusion to the custom was made in order to explain an apparent paradox in the family of the Imperial General serving as a liaison, and latterly military commander, with the Chiss."
I suppose it should be "later", but I suppose "lateral" could also be correct seeing as how Fel, while not a Chiss, nevertheless commanded their forces on occasion. Thus as a human he'd be outside the typical Chiss chain of command, ergo a "lateral" commander.
I've never read the Swarm War books, so I have no idea, but I'm changing it to "later".
Given that the Fels were one of very, very few human families living among Chiss society, how effective would the shadow child custom have worked for them anyhow? Lalala la 06:00, 17 September 2007 (UTC)
