Could who ever made this article please give, if possible, more details about where and how Sinya got her weapons?

I ask because a debate has arisen on the lightsaber gallary and the article about the weapons themselves as to whether they should be called lightsabers or just enegery swords in part because she is not a force weilder and thus, theoreticaly could not have build a true lightsaber herself.
