Is it really plausible that this region would have kept the name "Sith Space" forever? Seems like it'd hurt tourism. Gonk (Gonk!) 20:30, 2 May 2007 (UTC)
May I have a source for the information that the Sith Space contains the Auril Sector?! Because the Ossus is part of this Sector and Ossus was always part of the Republic, never of the Sith Space! User:Binjou 20:33, 10 January 2008 (UTC)
Worlds/Space
Edit
This article is on the region of space known as the Sith Worlds. The area controlled by the Sith did indeed exceed this region at one point, but that is better discussed in other articles. --Imperialles 15:09, June 2, 2010 (UTC)
- No, kind sir. You are *changing* this article to be on the region of space known as the Sith Worlds. Since it lists worlds such as Ambria (in the Inner Rim) and Arkania (in the Colonies), it currently describes an area controlled by the Sith at one point. Since the article mentions planets clearly located outside the Outer Rim Territories Esstran sector, it cannot describe a part of this sector, and should not be titled as such. - The irrelevant planets have been removed. We do not maintain articles on loose terms such as "Republic space" or "Sith space." We have Hutt Space, because that is a galactic region in its own (per the Atlas). --Imperialles 15:16, June 2, 2010 (UTC)
- Well, what do you know, the same Atlas uses the name "Sith Space". Even the picture at the top of the page, taken from that Atlas, uses that name! Though, I must admit, it equates Sith Space with the Stygian Caldera. Gorthuar 15:19, June 2, 2010 (UTC)
- Yes, that image displays the extent of the Sith Empire ca. 5,000 BBY. Which, coincidentally, includes most of the planets in the Sith Worlds region. I am more than happy to change the image, though. --Imperialles 15:23, June 2, 2010 (UTC)
- Changing the image won't change the fact that text present on that image calls the space within Stygian Caldera "Sith Space" Gorthuar 15:25, June 2, 2010 (UTC)
- Sith Space is an irrelevant term. It simply means "area controlled by the Sith." Page 133 mentions "Republic Space," but we don't keep an article on that. Page 151 mentions "Separatist Space." I'll grant you that the Sith Worlds region at times is referred to as "Sith Space," hence the redirect. --Imperialles 15:33, June 2, 2010 (UTC)
