Does anyone actually know anything about sith tattoos besides "Darth maul had them. here's some other guys who did too."?

Did they enhance power, let the sith lord control his minions, were they just a religious thing? Were they only black, or were they black and red? —Unsigned comment by 69.3.70.145 (talk • contribs).

Since he only had Sith tattoos in a vision, and never in actuality, I am removing his name from this list. If anyone objects, feel free to let me know. But I see no need to mention someone who is not Sith and thus didn't have Sith tattoos under people who had them. Darth Adonis 17:55, July 13, 2010 (UTC)

I agree, since the section title reads "List of individuals with Sith tattoos" and Cade Skywalker didn't have tattoos and was never a Sith it seems fairly pointless to have him there. Alexsau1991 ^{(talk page)} 18:03, July 13, 2010 (UTC)

Ulic Qel-Droma and Darth NihlEdit

Does anybody know for sure if Ulic Qel-Droma ever got his Sith tattoo removed? Because on his Wookieepedia page, that's what it looks like. And should Darth Nihl really be on the list? He is not red. His tattoos are gray. He was not born Sith. He may have gotten those tattoos before he joined the Sith. WIERDGREENMAN 03:06, October 14, 2010 (UTC)
