[edit] Better versions of the DVD covers
Am I the only one obsessed in removing the box and just having the cover art in images? Like this one. The trilogy dvd's all have these boxes, and they don't all match. Does anyone have covers that match in stile and quality, for all 6 movies? --Steinninn 03:20, 31 March 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Willow
Why is Willow on this list? Darth Prefect 15:53, 18 April 2008 (UTC)
- See this on Willow's article: "On April 1, 2006, StarWars.com updated its Databank with elements from the film and its spin-off novels, indicating that Willow would be added to the Star Wars continuity. Elaborate databank entries were written which attempted to plausibly fit the film into the history of the Star Wars universe. However, two days later, it was revealed to be an April Fools' joke, and thus non-canon". -- Delmar Nori 03:53, 28 December 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Other DVDs
Any objections to adding other Star Wars-related titles like the Total Movie DVD that featured TROOPS or various other fan and/or parody releases like Hardware Wars, Thumb Wars or Star Wait. We could put them in their own section, separate from "authorized" parodies like Robot Chicken: Star Wars. Darth Prefect 02:08, 28 December 2008 (UTC)
- I can see where you're coming from, but i think this page should only be for lisensed Lucasfilm releases. It really is a good idea though Dr.Kermit(The Doctor is in) 02:17, 28 December 2008 (UTC)
- The focus is on "official" releases *now*, but I don't think it would hurt to expand its focus. Alternatively, what about a separate article, Star Wars-related DVD releases, which could be ridiculously inclusive: every That 70's Show season with a Star Wars-focused episode, The Muppet Show, etc. These are the kinds of pages I think people expect from a Star Wars wiki: overly detailed guides to what's out there. [edit] Expand or Split?
Now, when the article has been kept in its expanded form, I'd like to propose further changes to it. Currently, some DVD releases are also described in the articles for the related movies and series (Episodes I-III, Ewoks, Droids), while some other releases have their own articles. In order to reach the unification one of the following must be undertaken: either we split this page, so that each DVD release would have its own separate article (as every other piece of media - books, comics, TBS - does) and the DVD sections of movies and series articles would be reduced to a simple {{main|New article name}}; or we merge each separate release listed above into this page, in this case the DVD sections in the existing articles for movies and series will not only stay, but require expansion. Personally, I'm for the first option, but I am interested to know what the community has to say. Mauser 12:20, 29 January 2009 (UTC)
[edit] Easter Eggs
Is there any way to access the easter eggs on the prequel films on a computer? ZEM talk to me! 15:54, 1 February 2009 (UTC)
- Yes, you still need to enter THX and the sound menu and then press 1-1-3-8-Enter on the NUM keyboard. Mauser 16:09, 1 February 2009 (UTC)

[edit] Prequel Trilogy and Original Trilogy box sets
I live in Belgium and a friend of mine was offered the two 6 films boxsets for Christmas and the content seems to be incomplete. From the prequels, they are only single DVD versions, and for the OT, they are also single DVD versions, but only the unaltered released in 2006. It's obviously incorrect, since I read here and on Amazon that the prequels should be with their bonus and that the original trilogy should come in the 2004 version and the 2006 unaltered, thus making a total of 12 DVDs, instead of the 6 we have. Did anyone see this too? There's no info on the boxsets, are they two versions?... That's kinda annoying. Klow 01:34, 1 March 2009 (UTC)
