[edit] Contradiction

Okay, most of the contradictions in SW video games I can deal with, but an X-Wing in an RotS game? Why not toss in a B-Wing and some TIE Interceptors while they're at it? Jwebb13 23:51, 18 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Is Palpatine Unlockable?

Can someone please tell me if Palpatine is an unlockable character? -- Lord Hammu (Talk)

  • No. Unit 8311 16:59, 11 January 2007 (UTC)
    • Someone told me there is a way you can get him, but you need the gamecode4423, which are almost impossible to get, but its the original of the PS2 gameshark. I doubt its true but rumors keep spreading everytime i do doubt it.

[edit] Page move?

Shouldn't we move this to SW EIII: ROTS (videogame)? After all, a game could mean a board game or a role-play game or whatever. And it's quite frustrating for those who type it in with the 'video' in it and end up having to look through three pages to find it. Unit 8311 18:28, 10 January 2007 (UTC)

  • Possibly, although I think we tend to leave videogames at "(game)" since they are commonly also released on PC or Mac, and are thus not strictly videogames - and I know this game is console-only, but it's kind of a standard, I think - \\Captain Kwenn// Ahoy! 18:29, 10 January 2007 (UTC)
    • Ah, but the page for the AOTC videogame has video in its title. Unit 8311 18:36, 10 January 2007 (UTC)
      • Meh. I guess it can be moved, though I'd rather wait for confirmation first - \\Captain Kwenn// Ahoy! 18:40, 10 January 2007 (UTC)
        • So should I move it or not, then? Unit 8311 16:59, 11 January 2007 (UTC)
          • No reply, so I'm moving it. Unit 8311 12:38, 13 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] GBA

We need an article about the Gameboy Advance version of the game or at least a section in this article.

[edit] "squished like a bug"

OK, I don't like Poggle the Lesser either, but I still don't think "squished" is a very technical term... PloKoon13 10:16, 3 June 2007 (UTC)

  • Have you seen the cutscene? It's a textbook squish. If you know any "more technical" words that convey the exact same thing as squished, then be my guest.Jawajoey 06:22, 11 June 2007 (UTC)
    • You mean words like crushed? Roger Roger 11:56, 2 November 2007 (UTC)

[edit] DS/GBA

I agree with the above. We need an article about the DS and GBA versions. They are basically completely different games following the same storyline. Plus, there's a different set of appearances in the DS/GBA version. I could go on for a while about all that's different about the two versions. If anyone posts a response, could someone tell me on my talk page? I don't want to be stuck looking at this page every other hour, but I want this to be here for future reference. Roger Roger 14:00, 20 October 2007 (UTC)

  • Right after Anakin was appoined to the Jedi Council, there is a mission where he is fighting battle droids on Coruscant. Should this be considered canon?QuiGonJinn(Comlink) 19:00, 25 October 2008 (UTC)

[edit] non-canon ending

have there been any attempted/completed literary works (novels, comics) based off of the non-canon ending? I was very entertained by the ending and wondered what would happen next afterward. Is Vader able to successfully run his empire? Does he instruct his children the ways of the dark side? Is the prophecy fulfilled, meaning the Sith are destroyed or is the galaxy brought into an eternal darkness forevermore? Jakkar Tharn 07:42, 8 April 2008 (UTC)Jakkar TharnJakkar Tharn 07:42, 8 April 2008 (UTC)

Unfortunately, there have been none. While I'm excited for the Ultimate Sith Edition of Force Unleashed, I still want them to continue this alternate timeline with a game where you play as Vader at his complete Sith potential. Personally, I don't think much of the timeline would be too seriously altered with Vader as Emperor. He did originally find Galen Marek before he knew of his son. So, if Luke and Leia were still hidden up until joining the Rebellion, I think that the Jedi Purge would play out similarly as well: Vader would find Galen, realize that he is just as powerful as he is, make him Starkiller, and these two would be the most powerful Force-users in the galaxy. If it would indeed play out that way, then Vader may not have much further use for his children and would try to kill them. Then again, if a part of him still did truly love his kids, he might dispose of Starkiller and take them instead. The latter seems doubtful IMO because Vader would be the incarnation of ultimate evil without his burns, because when he donned the armor, he was more tragic than evil and even regretted his choices. Thus, he might not have love within him anymore as an unscarred Sith. So, if Vader and Starkiller remained Sith Lords in their most powerful forms, then after years of war, I think Luke would eventually defeat them and fulfill the prophecy. I don't think that's impossible, as he is a Skywalker, or is the prophecy meant for Anakin only? IDK, but as for the rest of it, we can only wonder... Hopefully George will return to it one day. --Mateo22 15:08, 24 August 2009 (UTC)
I just thought of another thing they could add to that: if Vader would have to choose between taking Luke or Starkiller as his apprentice, he could have them fight to the death to see who is more powerful, then take the winner. Control could alternate in the game between Starkiller and Vader for different missions, then control goes to Starkiller to fight Luke, then if Luke is the winner, you could play the rest of the game with Vader and Darkside Luke. Really, however they would do it, it would still be an incredible game. Again, hopefully George will revisit it some day. --Mateo22 18:12, September 3, 2009 (UTC)

[edit] purple clone

On the GameBoy SP version of this, who is the purple clone commander you have to kill (as Obi-Wan)? LordDeathRay 02:26, 10 July 2009 (UTC)

Why don't you just make an article called: Unidentified Clone Commander (Operation: Knightfall)? 64.12.117.80 02:44, 10 July 2009 (UTC)
