I suppose I might as well put an explanation here. I know that it might seem reasonable to assume that Supreme is being used as an adjective, but it's not the case here. Food for the prisoners. Supreme instructed that they were to be kept healthy and well until he arrived to deal with them personally. Note, Supreme is bolded in the original text. In these old Marvel comics, names were usually bolded when they first introduced a character. From the context, there's no reason to think that it would be a nickname, unless you're just trying to conjecture that Supreme is his title the equivalent of General.
