Is Tarfang an escapee of Binring Biomedical Porduct's experiments or just a normal Ewok?

Tarfang really works for Kirney Slane.

I am of the opinion that Tarfang is actually Dr. Evazan. If you recall in one of the Tales books (mos eisley i think) he made a device that would swap someones mind.
