    • Wookieepedia is multinational, last I checked. If all our respective governments, which would be quite a lot, started implementing the Tarkin Doctrine, it would be civil war without end. Heck, it might even escalate into World War III, which means nuclear war. Darth Vatrir

  • The Star Wars: Force Commander game manual mentions it as being "originally" designated with the number, logically meaning that the Doctrine was originally contained in that communique and later given a more official name and perhaps expanded. Havac 06:13, 2 February 2007 (UTC)
