Release date[]

Now they say that release date is July 15. The source is here, in "product details" section. ShaakTi1138 11:33, 30 June 2009 (UTC)

New Info[]

  • There are at least 8 new names in this book. I'll upload them at Yodapedia but I'm not sure I'll be able to scan the pictures. --Sompeetalay 07:25, 31 July 2009 (UTC)
    • Ok, so could you write these new names in the article? I don't have this book yet... ShaakTi1138 07:27, 31 July 2009 (UTC)
      • Season 1: 4A-2R, Patrolian (Robonino's species), Jayfon. Season 2: Cato Parasitti, RGC-16 Speeder, Bantha Poodoo (Laat/i Gunship probably), Cassie Cryar & Sundari (capital of Mandalore). Oh, and I've noticed that R5-P8 still doesn't have a picture. --Sompeetalay 08:43, 31 July 2009 (UTC)
        • There is also nose-art for the Gunships in the book but I'm not sure they have appeared in the show. They do appear on the same page as the ones that did such as the Crumb Bomber and the Spaceward Ho. I've translated these in Basic: Mama's Boys, I Come In Peace, Special Delivery & Grim Reaper. What shall we do with them? --Sompeetalay 10:34, 31 July 2009 (UTC)
          • To be honest, I don't know. But thanks for updating the article! ShaakTi1138 14:24, 31 July 2009 (UTC)
            • I'm going to ask Leland Chee about it on the messageboards. You can check Yodapedia for scans. I've uploaded everything except for the Gunship art. --Sompeetalay 18:00, 31 July 2009 (UTC)

Canon[]

Because we judge the old episode guides on StarWars.com as canon because they were directly adapted from the scripts, would that logic also apply to this book? I don't have this book so I may not know well on the subject, but if this book contains images, concept art, commentary from the production team, exclusive interviews, and other BTS things, then would this also be considered as a canon source? Many of the concept art is also in both the old and the new episode guides, so in my opinion this could be a legitimate source for canon articles--Vitus InfinitusTalk 18:35, April 1, 2018 (UTC)
