• Tolkien originally planned to make a book called The New Rebellion, I believe. Gondorians would have become bored and attempted to overthrow the government. Is it possible that anyone could have used this as inspiration, if only for the title? I know LOTR and Star Wars draw some parallels. Chack Jadson 20:06, 31 October 2006 (UTC)

I just stumbled across this page, and remembered, yes, I read this book, and, by god, it SUCKED. Finally letting that out after years of thinking this book sucked and trying to figure out how it was ever allowed to be published feells really good. --172.133.150.228 03:48, 15 May 2007 (UTC)
