Is Grievous the one that killed them?
Edit
I know LOE says he killed Commandos in the catacombs.--Rune Haako 16:38, 26 February 2006 (UTC)
- They were in the catacombs when they were killed (or at least that's what Hard Contact makes it seem like), and you'd think commandos would at least give a little shout of "Geonosians!" if they were attacked by them. Seeing Grevious might have made them panic. And it just seems like something Karen Traviss would imply, but that might only be me. -- Zelda Death 11:37, 23 February 2008 (UTC)
Mention and source of Mention
Edit
They were mentioned in the game Republic Commando as 36's squad. If Darman's number 1136, then logically it will be the same squad
Quote from Delta Advisor: "Good work Deltas. As I'm sure you're aware, 36's squad has been incapacitated. Their mission was to shut down one of the Major Droid Factories that will tip the surface battle in our favor."
I might have missed a couple of words out, but that's basically it. Admiral Paul 20:37, 5 April 2009 (UTC)
Appearance in Republic Commando video game?
Edit
As already previously mentioned, Darman's ("36" obviously) squad is indirectly mentioned towards the end of the Sun Fac mission. And on the following mission to the Droid Factory, you pick up the DC-17m sniper attachment. But as the player can see, it was the property of a fallen Clone Trooper. I for one believe this was supposed to be either Jay, Vin, or Taler from Darman's squad Theta squad, BUT for some reason its a standard clone instead of the latter Commando, and THEY didnt receive SpecOps grade weaponry. Would this assumption not be correct? I know its pure speculation, but Hard Contact gives proof, (though not seen by Darman) that they did indeed die en route to their objective. Were they the ones who die in the trailer? That squad of commandos heading into the catacombs? User:RevanSentinel 17:26, October 2, 2011
