Talk:Tion Cluster
Back to page
A few comments on the Tion, which until the publication of the New Essential Chronology was a contender for the human home region (see HoloNet News 4, where it is called the "Cradle of the Galaxy")... First, the location of the Tion fairly closely resembles the location of our own solar system, on the outer-mid stretches of the Galaxy. Secondly, the Manda'o word "tion" appears to mean "person" or "who[m]". This parallels a common form in Earth languages where the name for a native tribe or people derives from a word meaning "people".Jeffbacca 02:38, 1 May 2006 (UTC)
