MergeEdit

should we merge this page with Kelven Garnatrope and Corellian Strangler or should we wait until after spoiler period? --MuanN 04:46, 20 February 2009 (UTC)

  • While I am inclined to agree that all three of those individuals are the same person, I would hesitate in merging them just quite yet. All we have are solid assumptions, and John Jackson Miller is known for liking to use misdirection in the storyline. I would rather wait until we had more confirmation, maybe from the next issue or from JJM's blog. Cylka-talk- 09:03, 20 February 2009 (UTC)
    • I don't know… I think that Kayo's monologue in Faithful Execution, which mentions that Toki was committing his murders under the alias Kelven Garnatrope pretty much seals the deal for me. As far as the spoiler issue goes, I think the best solution until the spoiler period expires would be to rewrite and categorize the Kelven Garnatrope and Corellian Strangler as alias articles, and slap the "Major spoilers" template on all three.--Muuuuuurgh 11:36, 20 February 2009 (UTC)
      • So, no big edits for a month, right? Mauser 11:37, 20 February 2009 (UTC)
        • I don't think we should go that far (or am I reading your post incorrectly?). Our articles should remain up to date, but we should refrain from making the Corellian Strangler and Kelven Garnatrope pages automatically redirect to this one. Instead we should make those two essentially alias articles that ultimately link to this one, but give readers who are averse to spoilers a heads-up.--Muuuuuurgh 12:03, 20 February 2009 (UTC)
          • So we all are in agreement that Tollivar is the Strangler before I finish this up?Tommy Dark side Master SWGTCG (Nine two eight one) 13:09, 20 February 2009 (UTC)
            • Of course we are. JJM has confirmed it on his website. Mauser 13:11, 20 February 2009 (UTC)

electrocuted Edit

--Revan, Prodigal Knight 07:20, 25 February 2009 (UTC)the article says he was electrocuted, but in the issue he looks like he was launching a Force Lighting. Is there any confirmation on this from JJM ?

Because i think the issue is doubtful on this topic.

--- I think it's very obvious where the lightning is originating - Tollivar's fingertips. It can be seen in both the wide panel and the close up, while none of the electricity is coming from Kayo's severed arms. It's extremely unlikely that a protocol droid would have any sort of electrical defense, so the only explanation is that the lightning is coming from Tollivar. Demos Traxen

--The idea was that it was to be force lightning -- a weird little echo of Vader seizing the Emperor -- but that hitting a droid would probably throw off its own energy. We figured it worked either way. [1] This was said by JJM in the Dark Horse boards. Revan, Prodigal Knight 05:35, 1 March 2009 (UTC)
