Separatist?
Edit
I don't know how it can be claimed that she is a seperatist before the onset of the Clone Wars when she is seen standing behind Chancellor Palpatine in one of the finale scenes of Episode II.It is the scene where the chancellor and a group of loyalist senators are watching the clone army prepare for to embark on their campaign against the CIS. It is also important to note that the only source is the StarWars.com databank, which makes no mention of her being a seperatist. —Unsigned comment by Darth Benobi (talk • contribs).
- That's not Toonbuck Toora. That's a Loyalist Senator from Sy Myrth. Similar situation as Tikkes and Tundra Dowmeia. QuentinGeorge 05:01, 19 January 2006 (UTC)

Episode III appearance
Edit
Thanks to this image provided by User:Cato Neimoidia, it appears that Toora is in Episode III. Now, on Talk:Confederacy of Independent Systems#Who is this?, there was an unidentified Separatist Council member on Utapau. Therefore, if Toora is this member of the Separatist Council, we have found out that a) Toora was in Episode III, and b) Toora was a member of the Separatist Council. Thoughts? Admiral J. - That's actually an Episode II picture see here, [2]--Rune Haako 02:10, 12 February 2006 (UTC)
- Dammit. There goes my evidence. Admiral J. Nebulax 13:13, 12 February 2006 (UTC)
- But the unidentified character on Utapau could be Rogwa Wodrata. She is on Geonosis, and thus should be on the council. The official Star Wars site doesn't say anything about CIS activity, though Sy Myrth did join the CIS. We have conflicting sources. Mastermundi 15:38, 24 March 2006 (UTC)
- There's no source for Rogwa Wodrata on Utapau or Mustafar, though. Admiral J. Nebulax (talk) 21:26, 23 March 2006 (UTC)
- And just because Wodrata was at Geonosis doesn't mean she was on the Council. Admiral J. Nebulax (talk) 21:03, 24 March 2006 (UTC)
- likely, though. Mastermundi 11:48, 27 March 2006 (UTC)
- True, but we don't know for sure. Admiral J. Nebulax (talk) 20:34, 27 March 2006 (UTC)
- Leland Chee has confirmed that Rogwa Wodrata is on the council and that this unidentified Separatist on Utapau is not Rogwa Wodrata. It could possibly be Toonbuck Toora, but the identity of this Separatist has not been confirmed. --173.51.126.86 08:21, May 1, 2011 (UTC)

Loyalist senator
Edit
At the end of AotC, we see Palpatine and Organa in their box, with a loyalist Sy Myrthian senator. Is this Toonbuck or a different one, and iff different, what is their name? Mastermundi 11:52, 24 April 2006 (UTC)
- Please see the top of the talk page—it's already been answered. Admiral J. Nebulax (Imperial Holovision)

- But we still haven't got a name. Mastermundi 14:21, 10 May 2006 (UTC)
- We're probably not going to get one. Fleet Admiral J. Nebulax (Imperial Holovision)

- How frustrating. Mastermundi 15:26, 11 May 2006 (UTC)
- Well, we have numerous nameless characters here that probably won't be named. Fleet Admiral J. Nebulax (Imperial Holovision)
19:36, 11 May 2006 (UTC)
- For some reason I'm still convinced that Toonbuck is not a separatist. Mastermundi 11:16, 17 May 2006 (UTC)
- Why? Fleet Admiral J. Nebulax (Imperial Holovision)
11:17, 17 May 2006 (UTC)
- I might be wrong but I reckon Toonbuck was replaced as a Separatist by Rogwa Wodrata. There is no mention in the databank of her being a separatist. I believe that it was Rogwa at Utapau, and that the loyalist senator in the box was in fact Toonbuck. Mastermundi 14:25, 20 May 2006 (UTC)
- However, that's how you see it. There's no canon to that. Fleet Admiral J. Nebulax (Imperial Holovision)
17:03, 20 May 2006 (UTC)
- But now there is. Leland Chee answered by question in Star Wars Insider about the characters on the balcony and he said that the Sy Mythrian is Toonbuck. So this proofs that she's still loyal to the Republic or at least shows loyalty in public. --Sompeetalay 21:40, 21 July 2009 (UTC)

Name
Edit
I found out something interesting about her name. Her Databank entry says that she was named after a dog. Here is the text from her entry: "Toonbuck Toora is this huge, quite hairy senator who is named after a dog belonging to this guy who runs my foam rubber shop. He just walked past the door, and I said, 'Come on, give me a name.' He said, 'Toonbuck Toora.' I said, 'What's that?' He said, 'It's my mate's dog.'" Nick Dudman, Live Action Animatronics Effects Supervisor, Episode I. This is pretty interesting. Couldn't we put that in the Behind the Scenes section? --Kneazlegirl 08:22, 8 June 2008 (UTC)
- Good find, Kneazlegirl. Go right ahead and add it in! --Eyrezer 08:37, 8 June 2008 (UTC)
I would, but I'm not so good at sourcing articles...could anyone add it please? --Kneazlegirl 15:50, 10 June 2008 (UTC)
