From Wookieepedia, the Star Wars wiki.

  • Okay This really is a simple misunderstanding. If someone would just Email the webmaster of About: Star Wars, this can all be cleared up. I am the Copyright holder of these articles. I'm just trying to share my info... --Kosure 21:08, 28 Apr 2005 (UTC)

[edit] transpaissteel can't be as hard as stell because

transpaissteel can't be as hard as stell because in palpatines office and one the bridge of grievous flagship it simply falls into parts wenn hited by lightsaber / energystaff...

  • Yeah, but the article doesn't state it is as hard as steel, only that it isn't as strong as durasteel. I don't think it shattering when hit with a weapon as powerful as a lightsaber or an electrostaff is a problem - \\Captain Kwenn// Ahoy! 16:37, 23 December 2006 (UTC)
  • Transparisteel most probably doesn't have a crystal structure as steel or other metals, like glass it's a solid liquid, so at a point where steel would bend or just 'give in' Transparisteel shatters just as glass would or 'liquidmetal' http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liquidmetal Pistacja69 20:29, 6 June 2008 (UTC)
