Palpatine's son
Edit
hmmm..because the false Kadann said that Triclops was Palpatine's son, can he be trusted. could this not be Palpatine's sibling? —Unsigned comment by DarthMalus (talk • contribs).
- yea not for anything but which chick in her right mind would do palpatine??? —Unsigned comment by 71.248.234.94 (talk • contribs).
It's also a possibility that something like artificial insemination was used- like, if they couldn't properly recreate spontaneous fertilization the way *supposedly* Anakin Skywalker's birth went, Palpatine might have donated a few cells and they tried to replicate the cloning experiment. That would account for why the mutation occurred.
Force abilities
Edit
Force-ability is passed on from parents to children. So does he have it or not? If not then he is unlikely Pulptines son and if he is a relative, then maximum his half-brother, with the common parent being a non-forcer. Or he is his father, with the mother being the force-user. But this is unlikely because this "chick" wouldn't be "in her right mind" and Triclops (in this case) doesn't have the force to seduce her. Maybe he is a son-in-law. But then Palpatine would have a daughter (which again must be not in her right mind to do with Triclops, but in this case it'S not surprising as her mother did with Papatine). Or Triclops is gay and married with Palpatines son, what doesn't make the whole thing easier. Or it is a big misunderstanding. Maybe someone called Triclops a "son of a bitch", and someone thought "bitch" refers to "Puppytine", Palpatines "pet name".--TeakHoken91.7.14.39 20:27, 6 July 2007 (UTC)
- Maybe cause he was an emporer's eye, they called him a son of palpatine. but maybe palpatine pulled a plaguis on a small scale and did the girls through "The Force".
- I think with the force, it is possible to make a woman pregnant without physical contact. But then the question is even bigger why the people should believe Triclops is Palpatines son.--TeakHoken91.7.27.229 18:38, 16 July 2007 (UTC)
- Triclops is force-sensitive, yes. By the way, force-users can have non-force-sensitive children, too. QuentinGeorge 21:18, 16 July 2007 (UTC)
- Who would do it with Palpatine? Answer: Gethzerion. I always thought they were perfect for each other. Even their age appears similar. DarthMRN 20:17, 21 July 2007 (UTC)
- What's the point here? Is it so intriguing for you if a woman accepts to have an affair with the most powerful man in the galaxy? Or maybe you don't know rape is also a possibility... LelalMekha 21:13, 13 August 2007 (UTC)
"Or Triclops is gay and married with Palpatines son, what doesn't make the whole thing easier." But Triclops had a child with Kendalina- a woman. That kind of shoots down the whole 'gay' definition. Unless you're suggesting Trike was in the closet, but in any case, he was kept in PRISON for his whole life. And I somehow doubt Palpatine- being a parallel of Hitler- would have allowed for Gay Marriage in his Empire, anyway.
Contradiction
Edit
The Kadann (impostor)article includes information about Triclops' escape from Yavin (and apparently, his death). This article claims he disappeared into the jungles forever. I'm not sure which is correct, but this should be cleared up.125.243.148.130 07:22, 4 November 2008 (UTC)
- The information on the Kadann article is correct; it comes from Who's Who: Imperial Grand Admirals. I'll fix it now, though it could do with expansion. -- AdmirableAckbar (Talk) 13:21, 4 November 2008 (UTC)
