I added Leia Organa-Solo as a non-native speaker of Ubese, because in the Shadows of the Empire novel, she states this quote to Guri. (Paperback edition, April 1997 print, page 211.) "As it happens, I speak a bit of Ubese." She later used the language in Jabba's palace. I don't know how to do a proper sourcing, though, format-wise.

Doesn't Jabba himself speak ubese when he says "At last we have the mighty Chewbacca" ? I remember reading it in ROTJ novel. (This would make that the picture below should not be on the huttese article, btw)
Although the novel states that Ubese was the language that Jabba spoke that line in, in the movie, the line was delivered in Huttese. SkyWolf 22:29, September 2, 2010 (UTC)
Do we know for sure the line we actually heard in the movie was in Huttese ? I mean, do we have a written source that says so ?
I don't know any, but on the contrary, wer have one that explicitely calls it Ubese. LelalMekha 14:55, September 14, 2010 (UTC)
