Canon level
Edit
What is the Canon level on this thing? It was published prior to the Holocron, so I'm inclined to think it is S-canon, but correct me if I'm wrong. DarthMRN 18:35, 15 October 2007 (UTC)
- It's C, of course. Why would it be anything else? Kaje 18:37, 15 October 2007 (UTC)
- MRN: so? Tales of the Jedi was published before the Holocron, does that make it S-canon? I don't think so. You're free to keep your inclinations, but they are incorrect. -- AdmirableAckbar [Talk] 18:40, 15 October 2007 (UTC)
- If I'm not very mistaken, TotJ has been specifically declared C-canon. Vader's Quest would need to be also, since it could not have gone through LFL's approval process the first time around without an actual Holocron database existing. So, as I said, correct me if I'm wrong -by providing sources. That's what we do, remember? DarthMRN 19:42, 15 October 2007 (UTC)
- Meh, to be honest I don't actually care. I don't come here to argue -- AdmirableAckbar [Talk] 19:58, 15 October 2007 (UTC)
- That's the stupidest thing I've ever heard. The Holocron wasn't established until years after the canon policy was laid down. Kuralyov 20:13, 15 October 2007 (UTC)
- That would explain a few things, indeed. Damn! Ok, so we know everything new (post-2000, I presume) is automatically either C or N, with everything before being either C or S, as Leland sees fit. How do we even know TotJ is C-canon, then?! Someone tell me it has been confirmed somewhere. DarthMRN 20:35, 15 October 2007 (UTC)
- It's pre-1991 EU that's S-Canon, not pre 2000. So anything published prior to the Thrawn trilogy. QuentinGeorge 20:53, 15 October 2007 (UTC)
- Thanks. DarthMRN 21:03, 15 October 2007 (UTC)
