DisambiguationEdit

Just wondering why this page is titled the way it is. It's apparent that this character has to be distinguished from the Legends character Val, but since both characters are female, this article's title doesn't make much sense. Anyone have any suggestions about what to rename this, or whether or not we should rename both articles? I'm not certain of the precedents we have for this sort of situation. --Jukka the Sling (talk) 17:59, February 6, 2018 (UTC)

  • Perhaps move the page to Val (Imperial Era)?--Vitus InfinitusTalk 18:05, February 6, 2018 (UTC)
    • Normally we'd simply move this to just Val and the Legends page have the (female) or whatever it is --Lewisr (talk) 18:06, February 6, 2018 (UTC)
      • Then maybe change the other to be Val (Old Republic Era)? Nothing notable about Legends Val it seems to separate the two besides eras that can be included in article name--Vitus InfinitusTalk 18:16, February 6, 2018 (UTC)
        • Probably better to move it to Val (Zeerid Korr) or something so it's a bit more specific --Lewisr (talk) 18:20, February 6, 2018 (UTC)
          • To be honest, we are likely going to learn this Val's full name very soon. I think it makes more sense to keep this page as something like Val (Imperial Era) for now since it will only be temporary. Ayrehead02 (talk) 18:24, February 6, 2018 (UTC)
            • Yes EW are doing some stuff on the film this week so we could learn her full name, though always the chance Val is all her name is --Lewisr (talk) 18:27, February 6, 2018 (UTC)
