This Talz village was located on the planet Orto Plutonia and its inhabitants included Chieftain Thi-Sen and his assistant Medcha Wanto. During the Clone Wars it was visited by Jedi Knights Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker as they attempted to negotiate peace between the Pantorans and the native Talz.
