The Tanallay Surge complex was the government center for Tynna during the period of the New Republic. It was several stories high, spread out over a large area and surrounded by many pool, water chutes, and fountains.

During the Battle of Tynna, the Yuuzhan Vong used it to begin the biological engineering of Tynna's oceans.
