Warning: This infobox is missing the following parameters: otherlife Taratos IV was a planet[2] that was located in the Taratos system, in the Inner Rim.[1] During the Clone Wars, the scientist Bant'ena Fhernan traveled to Niriktavi Bay on Taratos IV to study the world's Niriktavi coral, which Fhernan suspected had some antibacterial properties. However, while Fhernan and her team were on the planet, the Confederacy of Independent Systems annexed the world. Large numbers of battle droids landed on Taratos IV and they killed Fhernan's team, while Fhernan herself was captured.[2]
