Tarc Kether was the alias taken by Dab Hantaq in 27 ABY as part of Viqi Shesh's plan to kidnap Ben Skywalker. Shesh claimed to be Welda Kether, the widow of Ran Kether, with Dab as their son. Although Ran was a real person, it is unknown if he had actually died, or if he actually had a wife and son outside of Shesh's plan.
